Over the last 15 years, Brett has acquired a variety of unique skills in a wide range of areas including Defence projects, building construction and design, complex plant, substation facilities and composite fibre structures. Brett’s extensive knowledge encompasses many disciplines including structural, civil, air space, lightning protection, comms earthing, and plumbed services. Throughout his experience, Brett has gained an intimate knowledge of various building materials, products, processes, and methods.

Brett also has expertise in photogrammetry techniques and drone imagery capture. In a previous role, Brett was the innovative leader in developing Site-to-Model-to-Site processes to enhance the client’s BIM experience.

Having been a senior leader in business development teams tasked with fortifying innovative edge and niche targeting, Brett has an innate ability for thinking outside the box.  

Brett has experience across a wide range of Defence projects and sites and has been exposed to many bespoke and highly sensitive engagements that require a solid understanding of distinct procedures and protocols that demand particularly unique approaches.

Brett has an intrinsic training ability.  For 15 years Brett’s training antics were tailored to mentees in a variety of programs, procedures and policies. These days Brett enjoys guiding clients through complex project processes and mentoring all he encounters on how to think alternatively to solve complicated challenges.

Brett’s natural ability and learned aptitude in the field of project management, drafting, design, BIM processes and construction management establishes him as a valuable oddity to the design and construction industry.
